Join us for a flavorful evening celebrating fresh herbs and local culinary craft! Your ticket includes:
🌿 One handcrafted Mojito
🌿 Three small plates featuring herbs grown by Gardner’s Greenhouse and prepared by North Country Brewing Co./The Harmony Inn
🌿 A take-home herb basket with the same herbs used in your dishes
🌿 A live demonstration of both the featured dishes and cocktails being made

• Pan-Seared Salmon with Orzo Pilaf, Curly Chervil, and Garlic Chive Cream Sauce

• Lemon Basil Penne with Grilled Shrimp and Lemon Basil Pesto

• Marinated Sirloin with Chimichurri and Peach & Tomato Caprese Salad
